ROBERT S. JERVAY PLACE

The goal of the Wilmington Housing Authority and the Developer is to assure that the homes built
at Robert S. Jervay Place, and other scattered sites are affordable for all ranges of income.
We are committed to providing individuals and families with an opportunity to become homeowners
and an incentive to complete the necessary preparations to make their home ownership dream a reality.
It is our endeavor to create a positive and stabilizing force in the community. Review the housing choices
and eligibility requirements to get started on the path to home ownership.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Eligibly is limited to families having incomes of no more than 115% of area median income ($62,330) as adjusted by family size.
Home buyers must have one (1) percent of the purchase price toward the down payment of the home.
Down payment and subsidy assistance available to qualified home buyers.
Purchasers must complete a home buyers education workshop in order to qualify for down payment assistance.
Applicants must be employed full-time and must have stable employment for at least 12 months.
