HCV Times Newsletter
The HCV Times is a newsletter published by the Wilmington Housing Authority’s Housing Choice Voucher Department for property owners and residents participating in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. While each issue has a central theme, our primary objective is to provide landlords with valuable information about existing or proposed program policies, operations, and procedures and to increase customer satisfaction.
