Wilmington Housing Authority (WHA) owns and operates seven properties in its public housing program.

Public housing communities in Wilmington include Houston Moore, Hillcrest, Solomon Towers, Creekwood South, Rankin Terrace, Vesta Village, and Woodbridge Apartments. These developments are located in the eastern, southern, and northern sections of the city. We offer a variety of floor plans in zero to five bedroom apartments.  We offer the following amenities:
