The Wilmington Housing Authority (WHA) is requesting proposals from interested architecture firms to provide Architectural Services for the Construction of a SHDP complex in Wilmington, NC..
The Request for Qualifications packet may be obtained at the office of the Wilmington Housing Authority, 1524 South 16th Street, beginning Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. or e-mail Ms. Laurette Corbyons, Contract Division at l.corbyons@wha.net You may also download packet here
Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m., Monday, April 30, 2012 in order to be considered. All questions and/or clarifications must be made in writing and received by April 26. No late submission will be accepted.
WHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any information in the proposal process.
